with a 4th bedroom in the loft area with 2 twins beds TV, PS2 and seating area an ideal den with added comfort of air

Large fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave, coffee maker,
slow cooker, many appliances, washing machine and dishwasher and breakfast bar.
Lounge
benefits from wide-screen TV with English satellite, DVD player (many films provided) and 6 seater dinning table.
There are 2 bathrooms & a separate WC, one en-suite and one large family bathroom on
the 1st floor both complete with corner showers, marble sinks, with a convenient WC also located downstairs.
Games Room, dartboard and various other board games and a Playstation2 games console in the
loft room (some games provided on site). Bicycles can be made available ask at time of booking. New large 8m x
4m in ground Swimming Pool just completed with child alarm & solar heating (Pool available June-Sept) with
small child's paddling pool also available for extra fun!
The home is centrally heated
(£3 a day) and doubled glazed throughout, so ideal for out of season too - plenty of enclosed garden space
ideal for kids (the property has it's own small orchard!) a large French stone BBQ, cot and highchair
are provided free of charge. Free Internet Access also available & mainline calls to UK - just take your
own laptop!
